他是誰？ Who is he?   = What is his name?

關係 He is my brother.

名字 He is John.

He is my broth­er, John.

那裡的女孩是誰？ Who is the girl over there?

關係 She is my best friend.

名字 She is Emily.

She is my best friend, Emily.
